add goma_mixer_staging config goma_mixer_staging config uses mixer-staging1.endpoints.cxx-compiler-service.cloud.goog (which will be staging-goma.chromium.org once crbug.com/777273 fixed) with GOMA_RPC_EXTRA_PARAMS=?staging which uses rbe-staging1 cluster. Try it in "Chromium Linux Goma RBE Staging" builder.
