Reland "Add swarming.TaskRequest.from_jsonish()" This is a reland of 9aeddce5ce569741c849c155d94b4966832356eb Differences: * Don't expose TaskRequest.from_jsonish. Instead add SwarmingApi.task_request_from_jsonish. This eliminates the requirement for the caller to supply an API object. Instead we use the SwarmingApi.m object. * This eliminates the need to add isolate to the DEPS of the examples. Recipes are a domain-specific language (embedded in python) for specifying sequences of subprocess calls in a cross-platform and testable way.
They allow writing build flows which integrate with the rest of LUCI.
Documentation for the recipe engine (including this file!). Take a look at the user guide for some hints on how to get started. See the implementation details doc for more detailed implementation information about the recipe engine.
