Rename step name 'build directory' to 'remove build directory' According to the stdout of the step: 'fileutil.py rmtree /b/s/w/ir/cache/builder/src/out/Release', the intention of the step is to remove the build directory. So, 'remove build directory' is more clear than 'build directory'. The preferred style is PEP8 with two-space indent; that is, the Chromium Python style. Functions use lowercase_with_underscores, with the exception of the special functions RunSteps and RunTests in recipes. Use yapf (git cl format --no-clang-format) to autoformat new code.
