Adds touch calibration methods to system.idl API

Adds the three methods to system.idl file.
  - touchCalibrationStart
  - touchCalibrationSet
  - touchCalibrationReset

Also adds the required object type/structs to system.idl file.
  - Point
  - TouchCalibrationPair
  - TouchCalibrationPairQuad
