Add event log entry type for Management Engine
The firmware will log ME path that is not normal or
s3wake by default, but could be configured to log it
on every boot.

TEST=Tested on link device:
1) disable ME via EC console: gpioset PCH_HDA_SDO 1
2) boot the device
3) read eventlog with "mosys eventlog list"
