Remove unneeded thread.h includes and fix IWUU.

Include removed from trace_event_impl.h and leveldb_mojo_proxy.h

Removing unnecessary thread.h includes allows including trace_event_impl.h
in pending_task.h without introducing a cyclic dependency
(in a follow-up CL).
