Enable embedder tests on PDFium bots with Skia/SkiaPaths enabled. The PDFium bots with Skia/SkiaPaths enabled currently skip all the tests. To gradually enable partial testing on these bots, this CL adds a new property |selected_tests_only| to PDFium bot recipes so that we can enable tests gradually until all tests can pass for Skia/SkiaPaths on these bots. |selected_tests_only| only enables PDFium unit tests and embedder tests in this CL. The preferred style is PEP8 with two-space indent; that is, the Chromium Python style. Functions use lowercase_with_underscores, with the exception of the special functions RunSteps and RunTests in recipes. Use yapf (git cl format --no-clang-format) to autoformat new code.
