[chrome:omnibox] Highlight specific cells when filtering. Currently, we highlighted only the rows that matched. Sometimes, rows it would be unclear why some rows matched and were highlighted; e.g. if you're filtering for `goo` with the intention of finding `google` urls, and some match had a url `go.com/o`, it would match and be highlighted. Highlighing the specific cell helps identify which specific cells of a row actually matched.
