media/gpu/v4l2: Remove usage of typed pointers in VP8 accelerator

This patch removes VP8 structure typed pointer usage in favor of basic
pointers as those typed pointers are not found in upstream and will also
be used when supported legacy and new VP8 headers in parallel.

Test: build video_decode_accelerator_unittest with Chrome OS linux-headers including http://crrev.com/c/1717073
