WebRTC: Don't specify gpu:none for baremetal tests

The default for chrome is to specify 'gpu': 'none', while 'gpu': None means "don't specify it".
Our baremetal bots don't have this dimension, so tests couldn't find a machine.

Hi build contributor! If you do any change in scripts/master/ or touching any master's html/ directories, you must restart master.chromium.fyi first and ensure that it still works before restarting other masters.
