Revert of Changes exception for gyp files to only gyp files in build/ (patchset #1 id:1 of https://codereview.chromium.org/512693004/) Reason for revert: *SIGH* Encountered another problem. See http://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux/builders/linux_chromium_... . Reverting again.
