Update the restricted port list Add ports 69, 137, 161, 554, 1719, 1720, 1723, 6566 to the restricted ports list to match Firefox. See https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/tip/netwerk/base/nsIOService.cpp. Leave out port 10080 for now as it seems likely to cause compatibility problems. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
