Merge jumplist delete task and update task This allows consistent comparison of time cost to the previous versions of jumplist implementation. Code-wise, it merges the DeleteDirectoryAndLogResults method into the RunUpdateJumplist method. This CL also logs the execution time of DeleteDirectoryContentAndLogResults to UMA.
