Remove current layout engine's unbreakable images quirk. This removes the unbreakable images quirk (where there is no break opportunity between an image and a word), during the layout phase of the current layout system. This does not remove the quirk from the min/max contribution phase, as this seems necessary for the web-compat. This now matches FF, Edge, and LayoutNG behaviour.
