cc: Remove IOSurface support in VideoLayerImpl. VideoFrame backed by IOSurfaces are not used for playback at the moment. Support for IOSurfaces will be available via GpuMemoryBuffers. This CL removes the explicit support for IOSurfaces from VideoLayerImpl.
