Files App: Display grayed out Rename action This CL changes a condition when to show Rename action and when to gray it out. As a result, Rename action is visible on every removable device regardless of its file system type and read-only flag. If removable device has an unsupported file type or read-only flag is set then Rename action will be unclickable(grayed out) but visible.
